Hi Chuck,
You are my SUPERHERO!! I want to let others know how much I appreciate all you’ve done for me and how you helped me.
I lived in my home for 40 years, and through life’s circumstances I couldn’t keep up with the mortgage. I was totally clueless what to do, and frustrated at the mortgage company and governments so called "homeowner’s relief packages". I was ready to file bankruptcy and figured I was just going lose my house. I met someone who highly recommended Chuck because of his tremendous patience and knowledge in real estate. She said I should call him and see what my options were. It was the best phone call I ever made.
When we met he was very PROFESSIONAL, yet warm and friendly. Chuck CAREFULLY LISTENED as I explained my situation. He said he could definitely help me. He explained all options, both good and no so good, in a way that I understood. He took the time to explain how mortgage the companies and banks operate. He told me my best option was to sell my home as soon as possible. I had a really hard time facing the fact I had to give up my family home. Chuck’s COMPASSION is incredible. He helped me be comfortable in selling my home. His always POSITIVE attitude and confidence for the best really helped me through this extremely stressful time.
He put my house up for sale, and within a day had several offers. Chuck is probably the most ENERGETIC and AGRESSIVE realtor out there. He knows how to take pictures of houses to bring out the very best (I didn’t know my house could look so good). Then he put my house on multiple websites (his virtual tours are awesome), newspapers, and in other media areas. Next came the open house. I think he covered the entire city with open house signs! The open house absolutely amazed my neighbors. Over 200 people came through and looked at my house. On a side note: the house next door was also for sale, and the realtor couldn’t believe the activity at my home and wanted to know Chuck’s secret. By the way it’s STILL for sale. We ended up with dozens of offers.
Chuck is amazing, He got $26,000 over the asking price, and $36,000 over the comparable sold
listings. My home sold in three weeks. He was with me every step of the way and only a phone call away. He ALWAYS took time to talk to me. He answered all my questions, calmed me down and moved me along when I needed it. He kept me informed every step of the way. Everything went exactly the way he said it would. His tremendous PATIENCE and HONESTY is awesome. He really CARES about his clients.
Chuck went over and above what I feel any other realtor would have done. He moved fast to sell my home and I really wasn’t prepared for it. He gave me a lot of information to help me get things organized and moved. He has a vast amount of knowledge, and is always willing to share it. He helped me find a crew to help with cleaning my home and moving. I was having a hard time finding a place to live that would take my large dog and within my budget. CHUCK CAME TO MY RESCUE! He found me a place to stay until I can get my feet back on the ground.
Thanks to Chuck, my house sold for more than expected, I didn’t have to file bankruptcy, and I didn’t lose everything. I’ve got a new beginning in life and a new friend.

We wanted to take a moment and "Thank You" for making our short sale process so smooth and for doing such a great job. We closed on January 22nd, 2010!

Chuck listed our home in Sept of 2009. The first weekend we held an open house and we were shocked at the amount of traffic and the 12 offers! We were so excited that Chuck produced so quickly. After the first offer fell out, Chuck brought another couple through our home and we had a Cash Offer in 24 hours! Wow, especially in this market, we were blown away.

To those who will read this, we want to let you know that we have never known anyone to be as hard-working, thorough and trustworthy as Chuck. He is of the highest ethical character and does what´s right for his clients and not what´s best for his wallet. From the beginning, his sales and purchase strategies were clearly explained, but not forced on us.
Over the last couple of years, he and his team have helped us sell 2 homes during very difficult times. I am writing to share my experience working with Chuck Ohlwine on recent real estate transactions that transpired in March 2007.
I have known Chuck on a personal and professional basis for about 18 years. In addition to having a friendship that has stood the test of time, we worked together at an office supplies company for several years. It was during the time that we worked together that I noticed his outstanding work ethic. He was always punctual, efficient, went above and beyond the call of duty, and had a great rapport with co-workers and clients. These are just a few of the many reasons I sought him out when I was ready to sell my home to purchase a larger one.
My husband and I listed our home with Chuck, despite today´s volatile real-estate market, and despite the fact that over 80% of listings for homes in my neighborhood had expired without success, including homes that had been on the market for over a year. Nonetheless, I was ready to upgrade, and was hopeful that Chuck could find a buyer.
From day one, Chuck´s dedication and work ethic was exemplary. He used state-of-the art equipment to photograph my home, so the photos in the listing, fliers and mailings looked fantastic compared to others. The quality of his fliers was also superior to others, as they were printed on heavy-weight, glossy paper in full color. He also hosted an open house at my home. He went above and beyond the call of duty, posting flags for several miles leading to my home to increase awareness of the open house to all interested parties.
In just over a month after my home was listed, we got two offers. That was the good news. The bad news was that the offers came in on the day I was admitted to the hospital to give birth to my daughter. Since we only had 24 hours to respond to the offers and I was unable to leave the hospital, Chuck brought the paperwork to my husband and I there. Once again, this shows his dedication and how he went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we would not lose the opportunity to leverage both buyers and secure the best offer. He had to return to the hospital a couple more times to discuss and sign the counteroffers, but remained diligent to work as our advocate and see the transaction through. All in all, he was able to sell our home in a climate when no other agents could do the same.
We got the same level of service when purchasing our current home. He continued to work as our advocate, ensured all of the paperwork was completed properly, and stayed in communication with Escrow and Loan officers to ensure everything was progressing as it should.
In a climate where one has an ample choice of agents, I would give Chuck the highest recommendation and accolades for being a superior agent. He is passionate about his work, and delivers first rate service to his clients. Chuck is also bilingual, so his ability to speak Spanish is a huge asset in today´s multi-cultural environment.
